The Performance of the 6000er high end GPUs (6870 6850) is lower than the performance of their predecessors (5870 5850).

Its a bad thing to do from ATI (yes i still call them ATI).
Bringing out a new series which has lower performance than the previous … t’is a trap for a lot of people.
